Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT POLICY: No booking is secure until a copy of airline tickets and a 20% deposit is received. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to stay. If there are unforeseen reasons you cannot settle the balance when requested, please notify us immediately. Once the balance has been received you will be emailed confirmation and details of how to access the property on arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Deposits are refundable. If you cancel your booking within 30 days prior to arrival this is non-refundable.

NON DISCLOSURE POLICY: If it is found on arrival the information provided was given incorrectly or extra guests were not disclosed at the time of booking extra charges will be incurred or you booking may not be honoured. If for any reason this occurs we reserve the right to refuse access to the property and any monies to be repaid are at the owners discretion.

CONDITIONS OF STAY: On arrival a guest compendium will be in the house for you to read. Please take the time to read as it will enhance your stay as well as make you familiar with the unit. There is also info in the unit on the various activities around the island. We are very proud to be able to offer our property for you to enjoy, they are kept clean and to a high standard. It is appreciated that you treat the house the same way. If there are any breakages or damages please notify us BEFORE you depart. Our contact details are in the compendium. It is standard policy to limit visitors to the units, we will allow leniency to this policy however if there is a situation where this impacts on other guests or neighbours we reserve the right to stop the ‘event’ immediately. The accommodation supplier is not responsible for incorrect information given before arrival and we will make every attempt to check information supplied is correct before confirming booking. Should you give us incorrect information and you arrive at a date unknown to us or if there are guests already staying at either unit, we will make every attempt to accommodate you but are not responsible for any associated costs due to relocation to other accommodation providers.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS: Airport transfers are $25 per person. We will book your arrival & departure transfers for you if you select this option. All monies are to be paid directly to the driver Henry Hoff on pick up. There is a ATM at Rarotonga International airport that will issue NZD if required. If you require a transfer back to the airport on departure it is your responsibility to re confirm return transfers. The costs are the same as per arrivals. On arrival in Rarotonga transfers must be honoured and cannot be cancelled at the airport.
